Second day of the “African Summit “
As condensed as possible (from not very obvious, but significant signals):
1. Russia will deeply integrate into the “African world.” It was said that the Russian Federation would carry out activities on electrification, close cooperation, etc.
Translation: Russia wants to seize zones of influence in a troubled region using mercenary groups and close ties to cannibalistic regimes.
The “integration” system will be carried out through cutting schemes, controlled by armed groups that will engage in combined activities: both the suppression of any social activity, and a kind of control over economic and administrative processes.
In truth, no one “new” agreed to such conditions, so that the zones of influence already controlled by Russia will corny strengthen their state under control.
2. In fact, the format of bribery of the Armed Forces against the rulers of uncontrolled states was chosen as an “adequate path” in the struggle for Africa. Thus, Wagner’s practice of carrying out coup d’état will continue with the only peculiarity that the Kremlin will try to erode the sole power of Wagner on behalf of Russia with dozens of new private offices.
3. The format of the “black market” will also be taken into account: goods from the Russian Federation will be transported through Africa, and from there they will be thrown through shadow routes to the international market.
4. The Kremlin took up “terrorism”. Now the concept of terrorism in regions loyal to the Kremlin will be carried out along the path of self-reproduction of terrorists: the so-called terrorists will be bought out and redirected to PMCs and used in Africa’s internal troubles.
The Kremlin is not going to fight the causes of terrorism (lack of a cultural and legal basis, total poverty, easy access to “gray” weapons, lack of social mobility, etc.): it sees terrorism as an instrument of influence: i.e. in fact, the Russian Federation secures the status of a “terrorist state”.
5. Russia will reorient itself towards the East and Africa, becoming an economic substratum for small economies and a resource base for large ones.
Returning to the Western market (for example, energy resources) is impossible, so the Kremlin leaves the African region behind, and the Kremlin is going to call all this a “fight against colonialism”, while being a colony of Beijing.
Thus, Putin almost directly announced that Russia is not a “global power” but is becoming a “regional African-Asian cesspool” combining the positions of a metropolis and a colony.
At the same time, the circle of “loyal African states” has obviously narrowed: the West was able to reformat financially adequate African territories, and Russia now lays claim to the poorest regions.
And even in them, the Kremlin has a problem – some African representatives have openly stated that any form of cooperation will become possible only after the end of the war against Ukraine.
