This morning there was a glitch in Telegram, as a result of which bots did not work in the messenger, and the official website of the messenger was also unavailable. The cause of the disruption was the hacker group Anonymous Sudan; their attack on Telegram was a response to the actions of the Telegram administration, which deleted their channel.
