The range of its flight reaches 20 km, the mass of the warhead is 8 kg. The Krasnopol target designator is capable of simultaneously capturing up to three targets.
The latest modification of the Krasnopol-M2 projectile has a caliber of 155 mm and a long firing range (26 km). The accuracy of hitting small targets has also been improved. In addition, it is possible to use at any time of the day, with strong wind and cloudiness.
