As evidence of Ukraine’s preparation of a “dirty bomb”, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hastily published photos of Slovenian presentations from 10 years ago.
The IAEA will send inspectors to two facilities in Ukraine to verify Russia’s claims about the alleged preparation of a “dirty bomb” at them, Grossi – reports Energoatom
Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, spoke about the situation at nuclear facilities in Ukraine at a closed session of the UN Security Council.
He noted that the IAEA will send its inspectors to two facilities in Ukraine, actually at the invitation of the Ukrainian authorities, to verify Russia’s claims about the alleged preparation of a “dirty bomb” on them.
After the meeting, Grossi told reporters that he was “very concerned” about the possibility of a nuclear accident at the Zaporozhye NPP.
In addition, according to him, in the coming weeks, the IAEA plans to send experts to other nuclear power plants in Ukraine – Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Yuzhno-Ukrainian and Chornobyl.
Today, the White House said that no markers of preparation for a “dirty bomb” attack by the Russians were found. Of course, the Russians still have the chance to use it. But the main threat of this dirty “info-bomb” may be something else – to impose negotiations on Ukraine on the West.
For the first time, the Russian Federation tried to impose negotiations due to the threats of the use of nuclear weapons, but something did not work out. The West, on the contrary, took a tougher position.
And here a “dirty bomb” appears, which any country can theoretically create. It is not as powerful as a nuke, but it remains a dangerous and unconventional weapon.
Every month, the Kremlin will invent more and more cunning and slippery preconditions for negotiations. African presidents will be sent to Zelenskyi, Shoigu will call Western defense ministers at night and fantasize about the horrors that are happening here, they will also find a biolaboratory with the antichrist and so on 路♂️
The ability of the Russian army to fight conventionally is decreasing. They still have the strength and reserves to hold the defense, but the prospects are deplorable.
The Kremlin is trying to buy a respite by any means to stabilize the front and turn mobilized mobs into more or less stable mobs.
But no one is going to give the Kremlin a break yet. This is encouraging.
