Russia may decide within a week to deploy nuclear weapons in Latin America.
Russia is ready to make a decision to deploy its nuclear weapons, missiles, military bases and infrastructure in Latin American countries after the US and NATO give a written official response to Russia’s demands for security guarantees. Given the US-NATO sabotaged talks on January 12 and 14, the official response is likely to include a refusal to provide the Russian side with security guarantees.
At the moment, it is known that Russia has already held preliminary negotiations with Venezuela and Cuba on the possible deployment of Russian military infrastructure on the territory of these states. This is evidenced by the fact that Caracas has already confirmed its readiness to provide Russia with the necessary military-technical support in the event of an official request.
Given the clear threat to Russia’s national security and sovereignty, a decision to deploy Russian military bases in Venezuela and Cuba could be made within just one week. At the same time, initially, it will probably be about the transfer of Russian strategic bombers to these countries.
