The State Duma proposed to publish lists of officials and major businessmen who left Russia during the June 24 rebellion
Deputy Dmitry Gusev said that during the attempted military mutiny on June 24, information appeared that businessmen began to leave Russia. The legislator believes that such data could be disseminated by intelligence agencies of Western countries.
In order to avoid false information, Gusev asked the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Neradko, to publish the lists of these categories of citizens who flew out of Moscow on June 24.

During the attempted military mutiny on June 24, 2023, a rumor appeared in the media and telegram channels that high-ranking officials and well-known businessmen in Russia began to fly out of Moscow as information was received that the rebels were approaching the capital. We are talking about citizens, persons who hold high positions in ministries and departments, as well as representatives of large Russian businesses.
I believe that this information can be disseminated by Western countries and intelligence agencies in order to destroy confidence in the Russian government. These rumors can be used to harm Russian interests, as well as to cause a split in Russian society.
In order to avoid the spread of insinuations and false information on this topic, I propose to publish the lists of citizens who, from 00.00 to 23.59 on June 24, 2023, flew out of Moscow from among high-ranking officials and well-known businessmen in Russia.
The publication of such information will make it possible to identify who really left the capital at a difficult moment, and who was in place. In the current situation, it is necessary to maintain the trust of citizens in the state as much as possible,
I am sure that in most cases, the accusations that certain persons left Moscow are ordinary speculation. We must debunk them and show the citizens of Russia only the real facts.
