The fact that Ukraine received SCALP-EG missiles (range 250 km) from France is of great importance:
1) These missiles, like the British Storm Shadow, are effectively used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the offensive.
2) The actions of France and Great Britain put pressure on the USA and Germany, which so far refuse to transfer such missiles. In Germany, in particular, the discussion continues on the transfer of Taurus missiles (range 500 km). Many analysts believe that the delivery of these missiles to Kyiv is a matter of time.
3) Ukraine can count on further good news from Paris: the more actively Russia tries to push France out of Africa (as it is now happening in Niger), the more the French authorities will be tempted to respond harshly to Moscow in the Ukrainian direction.
