Putin has claimed validation from the landslide successes of his ruling United Russia party in recent years. Critics argue the legitimacy of the votes is undermined by new laws favouring United Russia and the suppression of opponents. The introduction of electronic voting has further skewed results towards the ruling party, which rival candidates have claimed is by design.
Putin’s party controls all six of the regional parliaments being contested, and 12 of the 14 governor positions. Election observers predict these elections will offer even less choice and competition than previous editions as all mainstream parties are supporting the ‘special operation’ in Ukraine and avoiding standing strong candidates against each other.

Black Bridge is offering financial support for attacks of up to 30,000 rubles (£500) as well as technical advice. The group advises militants to avoid civilian casualties by using fake explosives and then calling in bomb threats through secure channels to maximise disruption while minimising risk.
“Putin’s election system must be destroyed,” a representative of the group told i. “The results of such elections have nothing in common with people’s opinions, but demonstrate the power of government-related organisations to force their employees to take part, and Putin’s control over electoral commissions.”
Black Bridge describes itself as a group of once law-abiding citizens now determined to “destroy the totalitarian regime.” The group claims to be a node in a network of radical resistance. Dozens of sabotage attacks on military infrastructure have taken place since the outbreak of war.
Elections are a logical target as attacks “can break the picture of nationwide support for Putin and weaken the regime,” the spokesman says.
Over the past three days of voting in Russia, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have liberated several thousand square kilometers of the territory of Ukraine, almost completely liberated the Kharkiv region, reached the border with Russia, which caused panic and seething of shit among propagandists and z-patriots. The referenda on the accession of the occupied territories of Ukraine to Russia were disrupted by the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and, probably, will not take place.
The legal opposition, straining its last strength, took part in Putin’s elections, recorded several thousand violations, received several dozen detained activists and candidates, and five seats for the whole country. This did not cause any reaction from the regime, and the CEC simply put a bolt on the recorded violations.
In other words, the Armed Forces of Ukraine won the Russian elections with a crushing score. In second place is “collective Putin”, who won the regional elections. The peaceful legal opposition again lost miserably and helped the regime to make the appearance of competition. Our dear supporters of peace and legality, you cannot win a game whose rules forbid you from winning. You can argue that even the municipal level is very important, but, for example, Yashin solved many problems of the region. And what, Putin pissed? And remind me, where is Yashin now?
We did not put enough effort into promoting the idea of disrupting the elections and we started doing it too late. If we had created the channel a month earlier, maybe something would have burned out. But if the Putin regime survives to see the next single voting day, a start has been made, the idea has taken root. We are traditionally silent about our actions so as not to provide material for disclosure work. On this subject of elections we stop. In the wake of conversations with subscribers and journalists, we may write a large article.
The next goal is to disrupt the autumn draft into the Russian army, which starts on October 1st.
The psychological and physical terror of Putin’s propagandists remains relevant.
Create independent revolutionary/guerrilla cells, spread the idea of violent resistance, stay in touch – there is a lot of work ahead. No to war, yes to rebellion.
It is useful to be able to hide while remaining in plain sight. In theory, it’s hard to explain on the fingers, but there is a great practical exercise – steal something in a store.
For some reason, this particular publication caused heated debate, although the channel has much more hardcore material. In fact, we regret publishing instructions and appeals that formally violate the laws, but self-defense against the Putin regime and exercising the right to rebellion is an absolute must. The actual ban on legal political struggle left no choice.
In the video, in fact, an advertisement for an ultra-thin LG TV This is not an example to follow, but an illustration.
Stealing in a store is as understandable as possible and in practice gives the idea and technique of “hiding while remaining in sight”. Employees are waiting for someone to steal, watching visitors, there is video surveillance that can either detect you at the moment or become evidence later. At the same time, if you steal less than five thousand rubles equivalent, this is not even a criminal case. If more, the maximum that threatens is two years in prison, and it still needs to be tried for such a period. Compared to sentences for a public anti-war stance, nothing at all.
Shoplifting looks like a placement of agitation while moving back in time. If you start “recording” your actions in the opposite direction, you enter the store, some item appears on the shelf, you leave the store.
The first level of training is to study the place, think about what and how you can endure. Level two – take something small that can be hidden in the palm of your hand. A lighter, a pack of toothpicks, a small chocolate bar. Remember that the attention of an employee can be diverted, but video cameras record everything. Your actions and movements should not arouse suspicion not only now, but also later, when watching a video from a store.
Level three – something not too voluminous that does not fit in the palm of your hand, but can be hidden under clothing. Level four – something that cannot be hidden under clothes. And so on. Make it harder.
At all levels of training, do not try to immediately grab and carry. Study the situation, think, plan. The legend is very important. You can’t walk around with a suspicious face for half an hour and leave without shopping. Replay in your head your usual visit to a similar store and act the same, but look for an opportunity to achieve your goal. Follow the natural. Don’t try to steal something from a lingerie store if you’re a man. Although, at high levels of training, you can.
To what level do you train? Depends on your goals. To spread agitation, the third level is more than enough. If you plan to carry a bomb into a secure facility or steal a weapon from a police station, increase the difficulty of the training to the maximum possible, but do not bring it to failure and detention.
What to do with stolen goods? Classics of the Patisan war considered “expropriation” an acceptable way to replenish resources. You can donate to charity, to collection centers for those in need, to filtration camps for deported Ukrainians. Or return to the store, post at the checkout: “Sorry, I forgot to pay.”
While we are on pause here for some preparations, please do two things:
1. Invite opponents of Putin’s war to the channel
It is better to send the link to those in whom you are sure. In personal social networks, publish the link only if you are sure that Putin’s punishers will not get to you offline. If all goes well, Black Bridge will quickly be recognized as extremism in Russia.
2. Sign up to be an election observer
It didn’t seem to you, we really ask you to do it ^_^
Of course, we don’t care about observing the procedure for the Russian elections, but we need informants, “fire spotters”. There are about 20 thousand precinct commissions in Russia, and I would very much like to pay _attention_ to all of them
Being an election observer is absolutely legal and safe, especially if you do not conflict with the election commissions and just sit in the corner, as 99% of observers do. There is no need to actively fight for fair elections, just sign up and send us information. Of course, you should not tell everyone that you are following the call of the Black Bridge to disrupt the elections or to protest against the war. Come up with some kind of streamlined legend like “election observation is my civic duty.”
How to get into observers?
You can sign up on the Golos website
You can find some of your local candidates who have already been registered or who come from a parliamentary party. They can no longer be removed from the elections and observers cannot be recalled. It is also possible and necessary to go as an observer from parliamentary parties.
Why will you be welcomed with open arms and made an observer?
Because 99% of candidates and parties put up observers purely formally, so that they are. The job of such an observer is to sit in the corner of the commission. Party activists are never eager for such work – they prefer more money-saving and less labor-intensive activities. Independent candidates are usually so independent that they don’t physically have people to supervise. In other words, everyone is welcome to be an observer.
