The British Ministry of Defense said that Russia strikes with unguided missiles from points inaccessible to Ukrainian air defense in order to increase the number of civilian casualties
Russia in the war against Ukraine purposefully uses unguided rockets for shelling and strikes so that there are more victims among the civilian population in cities. This was stated by the British Ministry of Defense.
“Over the past 24 hours, Russia’s aviation and missile forces have carried out strikes against the western Ukrainian cities of Lutsk and Ivano-Frankivsk,” the statement said.
The British Ministry of Defense links the use of such unguided missiles by the Russian Federation with the intention to increase the number of victims among the civilian population of Ukraine.
