The websites of the Russian government and the Kremlin stopped working. It is also impossible to access the Internet services of public authorities.
“Unable to access the site. Timed out waiting for a response from the government.ru website,” says the message that pops up when trying to open the government website. A similar entry appears when you try to visit the other sites of the authorities.
Earlier it was reported that on February 24 there were problems with visiting the websites of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers, the State Duma and government bodies. However, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said there were no problems with state-owned websites. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation denied the hacking of its website and the “stealing” of personal data. Hackers from the Anonymous group have declared “cyber war” on Russia.
