Grozny, Chechnya, supposedly, the Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov, made a speech to the Law Enforcement officers and the ‘Kadyrovites’ over the situation in Ukraine and pledged Loyalty to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s orders.
This is because the resistance in Ukraine is beyond the capabilities of Russian forces.
