Western countries announced that they would not fight for Ukraine – and instead published a new list of sanctions against Russia.
The introduced restrictive measures primarily affect the financial sector of the economy – the allies did not allow Biden to turn off SWIFT. At the same time, many loopholes have been left in the sanctions that will allow American and European companies to work with enterprises from the sanctions list.
