The European Union imposed sanctions against Russia and expanded financial and technological restrictions:
✔️ The EU has included Putin, Mishustin, Lavrov, Medvedev and other Russian politicians and officials in the sanctions lists. In total, there are about 100 people from Russia and Belarus on the list.
✔️ Ban on the export to Russia of goods for the aviation and space industry.
✔️ Ban on the export of dual-use products, equipment and technologies for refineries.
✔️ Sanctions against 60 leading companies in the defense industry, as well as aircraft, shipbuilding and other enterprises. Among them are Russian Railways, KamAZ, Rostec, Northern Machine-Building Enterprise, Almaz-Antey, Kalashnikov, Sukhoi, MiG, UAC.
✔️ Sanctions against the Ministry of Defense, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Presidential Administration, Rosoboronexport.
✔️ Sanctions against Alfa-Bank, Promsvyazbank, Otkritie and Rossiya banks.
✔️ Prohibition for Russians and Russian companies to keep more than €100,000 on deposits in European banks. Ban on the sale of securities in euros to Russians.
✔️ The Government of the Russian Federation, the Central Bank and individual financial institutions have limited access to the EU capital market.

Prohibition for European banks to accept deposits from Russian citizens (residents) and Russian companies in excess of €100,000.
A ban on the sale of Euro-denominated securities issued after April 12, 2022 to clients from Russia.
A ban on the supply of technologies to Russia for the defense industry and aerospace industries. This includes semiconductors, microelectronics test equipment, mass spectrometers, equipment for the production of microcircuits, certain sensors and lasers, underwater cameras, marine engines, etc. In accordance with the agreements between the EU and the US, this list should basically coincide with similar US restrictions.
Prohibition of supplies to Russia of equipment for oil refining, including units for the production of aromatic hydrocarbons, hydrocracking reactors, hydrogen production technologies, polymerization units, thermal crackers, etc.

 Sanctions have been imposed on Alfa-Bank, Otkritie Bank, Rossiya Bank, Promsvyazbank.
