The Jerusalem Post | ‘Mossad behind cyber attack against Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility’ | 11-04-21
— “The Mossad was reportedly behind the cyber attack at the Natanz nuclear plant on Sunday which has caused extensive damage to Iran’s main uranium enrichment facility. Western sources quoted in Israeli media said that the attack – initially referred to as an “accident” by Iran – was carried out by the Mossad

Previous activities:

Iran’s efforts to quell unrest during times of great uncertainty are failing. Iranian people are tired of high inflation, high unemployment, high taxes, and no solutions.  Their internet is curtailed and largely shutdown. Their ability to interact with the world is very limited. Many are upset with recent events with China and Russia. Their needs to be regime change in Iran.

Israel 13 Channel says that the attack on the Natanz facility in Iran was not cyber and was carried out with an explosive charge.Intelligence officials briefed on the Natanz incident have said that the large explosion completely destroyed the independent internal power system that supplies the underground centrifuges. It could take at least nine months to restore Natanz’s production.

The Jerusalem Post says the incident at the Natanz nuclear facility was very large.

Salehi also says: What happened today in Natanz was nuclear terrorism.

Kamalvandi, who had traveled to Kashan to visit the Natanz enrichment complex incident, had an accident during the visit and his ankle and head were broken.

The identity of the person who caused the power outage to one of the halls of Shahid Ahmadi-Roshan Natanz Enrichment Complex by disrupting the electrical system has been identified. Necessary measures are being taken to arrest the main cause of the disruption in the power system of Natanz complex.

According to the report of the technical group investigating the accident, the technical group has also determined how to disrupt the power supply system, and since yesterday, a series of necessary measures have been taken to return the damaged hall to the reactivation circuit.

Salehi: In the next few days, a significant part of the enemy’s sabotage will be repaired. This caravan will not stop.

We move forward with strength because the best way to deter is to maintain vitality and readiness against the enemy.
We have several halls under construction in the heart of the mountain
This incident is definitely a sabotage and our security systems have found good clues about this incident.

“Over the next few days, damaged centrifuges will be quickly replaced by more powerful centrifuges,” he added. “In the shortest time, the Natanz site will continue to operate with 50% more capacity.”
The emergency power system of Natanz site was put into operation today and the main electricity will be connected in the coming days, power enrichment continues in Natanz
We have to check the part of the machines that are out of circuit و and replace the broken machines with new optimized types
IR New IR1 machines are up to 50% more efficient in enrichment. Our way of confrontation is an honorable way and a scientific way
The Natanz incident has nothing to do with the negotiations. Our core strength is an important tool for negotiation

Mr. Kamalvandi is in good general condition and will be transferred to Tehran soon.

Iran said on Sunday evening that the so-called “accident” was the result of a “terrorist” act. The country’s nuclear chief Ali Akbar Salehi said that the international community and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) needed to deal with what he called nuclear terrorism. He added that Iran reserves the right to take action against the perpetrators, TV reported.”

“Intelligence sources in the West: The Mossad carried out the attack that caused severe damage to the Natanz uranium enrichment facility in Iran a day after the operation of advanced centrifuges.

Serious damage to the heart of the enrichment project in Iran. Enthusiasm enrichment was halted until further notice. Someone stopped the power at the main branch.”

STATEMENT FROM IRAN

According to the nuclear correspondent of the Radio and Television Agency , Dr. Ali Akbar Salehi added: “The action taken against the Natanz enrichment center shows the failure of the opponents of the country’s industrial and political progress to prevent the significant development of the nuclear industry on the one hand and negotiations.”

A day after announcing the reopening of the Natanz Advanced Centrifuge Assembly Center, the government confirmed that “an accident occurred in part of the electricity distribution network of the Natanz enrichment facility.”

…reserves the right to take action against the perpetrators, commanders and supervisors. The terrorist movement, the Islamic Republic of Iran, will continue to seriously expand nuclear technology on the one hand and to lift oppressive sanctions on the other.

Ali Akbar Salehi, head of the Atomic Energy Organization, said:
What happened in Natanz today was nuclear terrorism

The process of UF6 gas enrichment and the arrangement of centrifuges in enrichment chains is a complex subject and involves many technical details. Not only can a short-term shutdown delay the process for weeks, but some sudden equipment or centrifuges can be damaged by sudden power outages or severe power fluctuations.
Cyber-attacks against industrial control equipment in the electricity distribution network with the aim or effects of severe disruptions and sudden outages are not new or completely beyond scientific and technical limitations, but similar incidents have already been observed in Venezuela.
