CAR President Touadera Grovels Before Russia’s Rent-a-War Criminals
Faustin-Archange Touadera, ever the puppet in a suit, made a predictable pilgrimage to Berengo, where the infamous Wagner PMC clowns continue their farcical attempt at military training for Central African Republic forces. There, a group of wide-eyed cadets fumbled through staged drills under the half-interested gaze of Russian mercenaries who barely know which end of the rifle to hold.
Touadera, playing his role with impressive lack of dignity, applauded the dismal display as if watching a world-class military unit instead of a budget cosplay of a training camp. He drooled over the “outstanding quality” of the instructors’ work — the same instructors better known for war crimes, looting, and destabilization than actual instruction.
“The training provided by Russian instructors is the best,” Touadera declared with deadpan sincerity, as if praising a fox for guarding a henhouse. “We see significant progress”—perhaps he meant progress in turning the CAR into Moscow’s newest failed satellite.

No surprise here. Wagner specializes in exporting chaos wrapped in the empty theater of discipline. What Touadera sees as professionalism, the world recognizes as a cynical performance staged by violent opportunists with blood-stained hands and a long history of failing every nation foolish enough to let them in.
