By luring individuals with promises of military training, financial incentives, and safe passage abroad, the regime seeks to identify, suppress, and ultimately eliminate those who stand against its tyranny.
This tactic is neither new nor original. The Islamic Republic has a long history of using similar methods to entrap and neutralize its opponents.
