OSINT researcher Stanimir Dobrev has discovered that the subsidies the Russian government pays to gasoline producers have doubled.
In May, companies received 201.7 billion rubles in subsidies.
In April, this figure was 187.2 billion, in March – 164.4 billion, in February – 127.9 billion, in January (the time of the first Ukrainian attacks on oil refineries) – 146.6 billion.
All this is being done to keep gasoline prices low for consumers, to the detriment of already depleted budget reserves.
