“Approach” for 700 million – the newest radar of the invaders was hit
The GUR group of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Gushi-9”, together with military personnel of the 15th Regional Brigade “Chorny Lis”, discovered and hit the Russian radar 48Ya6 K-1 “approach”.
A successful fire strike was inflicted on the antenna-feeder installation and the diesel station that fed the complex.
The Podlet radar station is a relatively new Russian development – it began to be supplied to the army of the aggressor state in 2015.
The cost of such a radar is more than 700 million rubles or more than 5 million dollars.
The enemy used this system to identify and transmit target coordinates to Russian S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems.
