1-2-2- In relation to programmable logic control PLC information
It seems that Tehran Tammam Engineering Company (Tammam) had started the full production of PLC system for Kimia Madan Company. Apparently, Kimia Mine was not ready to receive this system until the date of the letter, i.e. May 6, 2003. The term PLC system refers to a programmable logical control system and the production of such equipment is completely within the scope of Tehran Engineering Company as a designer and manufacturer of precision instruments and control systems as described in the title of this company.
There is no indication of what project Kimia Madan has ordered for the PLC system. Of course, if this system was completed by May 6, 2003, it must have been ordered at least a few months before that, probably late 2000-early 2003. During that period of time, Kimia Mine was heavily involved in the Getchin mine mill project, and it can be concluded that the PLC system was ordered for the Getchin project.
Concerns in the letter about lack of location
The need for training has become a tool. I remember that when moving (PLC system) and being replaced, the old microwave circuit could have been in Getchin and the chemical transmission circuits were not completed until around August 2003. Therefore, the delivery of the PLC system to Getchin in May 2003 could be difficult because the decision had not been made yet. Where should it be installed and transported from Tehran to Getchin? cause damage to it, although it must have been transported at some point. The topic of transportation may be a bit exaggerated.
According to the time and the project itself, it is likely that the PLC issue is related to the Getchin project or an unknown project (Kimya Mine) and is not related to the U02-UF4 conversion issue. Using a PLC in the kitchen to control the flow of the process is completely natural.
