RECRUITMENT FOR MILITARY SERVICE
ON A SHORT-TERM CONTRACT
VOLUNTEERS AGED 20 TO 49
PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING US
– Who do we accept as volunteers?
Men with Russian citizenship from 20 to 49 years old. Privates, sergeants, reserve warrant officers, reserve officers only motorized riflemen and tankers. Physically and mentally healthy. In good physical shape.
Having a health condition that allows them to perform their tasks in full (no blood diseases, heart disease, chronic diseases, coordination problems, allergies, hernias, limb problems, hemorrhoids, epilepsy, viral skin diseases, overweight, mental disorders, panic attacks, problems vision, general weakness). Military service experience is not required.
IMPORTANT!!! We do not take into our ranks people who do not inform their relatives (mother, father, wife) about their plans to participate in the Special Military Operation in Ukraine.
A CONTRACT is not concluded if:
– reporting deliberately false information about yourself (information is checked against the bases of the Ministry of Internal Affairs);
– the presence of an unexpunged or outstanding conviction;
– the existence of an administrative penalty for the consumption of narcotic drugs (until the expiration of the period during which this person is considered subjected to administrative punishment).
– the presence of a criminal record under Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation;
– official employment;
– previous military service under a contract and dismissal due to loss of confidence;
– category of suitability for health reasons D – temporarily unfit for military service and D – unfit for military service;
– being on the wanted list;
– going through the bankruptcy procedure and the inability to open a bank account;
– the presence of a written undertaking not to leave.
– What documents do you need to bring with you?
Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, bank details of the MIR card (only for a volunteer, relatives are not allowed), TIN, Snils, Military ID (Desirable).
IMPORTANT!!!
If you are a pensioner, your pension will be suspended for 3 months. For pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the renewal of payments will be made through the military commissariat at the place of registration.
– Who pays for the flight and accommodation?
Travel / flight, meals and accommodation – completely at our expense (if
availability of checks or tickets). But we pay for the fare ONLY for
your arrival in Grozny, at the capital’s Mayor’s Office.
– What conditions? Do I need to sign documents? How much will they pay?
The CONTRACT is concluded on the spot for a period of 3 months.
obtaining the certificate “Veteran of Combat Actions”.
Monthly allowance is:
1) a one-time payment of 50,000 rubles in cash on the day of dispatch;
2) salary from 25,500 to 30,500 rubles (salary for military
position, military rank, monthly bonus) + 25,000 rubles
(double salary) according to the military position
the minimum amount per month will be from 50,000 rubles;
3) 53 dollars per day at the rate of the central bank (from 100,000 rubles per month);
4) 8,000 rubles per day when conducting active offensive operations.
The total allowance will be in the first month with a lump sum payment of 200,000 rubles, and the next month the minimum allowance will be from 150,000 rubles per month.
When injured, a lump-sum payment is paid in
in the amount of 3,000,000 rubles and the sum insured in case of a slight injury
RUB 74,211.60, severely injured RUB 296,846.40
In the event of the death of a serviceman, family members are paid in equal shares:
– a one-time payment in the amount of 5,000,000 rubles;
– sum insured in the amount of 2,968,464.04 rubles;
– a one-time allowance in the amount of 4,452,696.06 rubles;
– survivor’s pension;
– the children of the dead have the right to enter out of competition and free
quota education in educational institutions;
– write-off of all loans of the deceased, taken before February 22, 2022.
By acquiring the status of a participant in hostilities, benefits are provided:
– monthly payments from 3,000 rubles;
– tax incentives for transport, property and land;
– Benefits for utility bills.
When destroying equipment or manpower of the enemy, an additional payment of 50,000 to 300,000 tr.
– aircraft – 300,000 rubles;
– helicopter – 200,000 rubles;
– tank – 100,000 rubles;
– personnel up to a platoon – 100,000 rubles;
– UAVs, infantry fighting vehicles, air defense systems, MLRS, self-propelled guns, personnel before separation – 50,000 rubles.
– What is included in the equipment of a fighter?
A set of uniforms, special shoes, unloading, a walkie-talkie,
knee pads, elbow pads, duffel bag with all accessories,
intended for combat operations.
– I got to Grozny, how can I find you?
We are in the City Hall of Grozny. At the checkpoint, say that you are a volunteer.
You will be met and shown inside.
– What is your work schedule?
We work from 9:00 to 24:00.
How long does combat training take?
The best military instructors will train you for 7 days.
– What will happen after training?
You will be given the necessary equipment, after which you are part of a group
volunteers will go to the place of the special military operation
for 3 months.
Volunteers are sent by plane to the NWO venue.
