Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a simplified procedure for obtaining citizenship by foreigners participating in the illegal.
As follows from the text of the document, foreigners and stateless persons who signed contracts for military service for a period of one year during the military operation in Ukraine will be able to apply for citizenship in a simplified manner. A simplified procedure is also being introduced for members of their families.
Previously, the minimum contract period for foreigners was five years; to obtain Russian citizenship, one had to serve for three years.

The prisoners are hired by the Ministry of Defense. But they write software much worse than Wagner’s. And, there are appeals in the network of these “warriors” who ask to be Wagner from the detachments of the Ministry of Defense.
