A source of the VChK-OGPU writes that this morning, April 23, a Mavic quadrocopter equipped with a video camera and a Sword gas cylinder (an unusual set, however) was found on the territory of the Moscow Oil Refinery during a round.
According to the interlocutor, today, April 23, at around 8 a.m., the employees of the Moscow Refinery heard a strange sound. Security looked through the cameras (there are some around the perimeter that are aimed at the sky), but there was nothing unusual. However, when walking around the territory, a Mavic brand quadcopter equipped with a video camera was found.
Employees of all departments and ranks immediately arrived at the scene. At the time of inspection, the quadcopter was not in working order. Next to the quadcopter, a gas bottle “Sword” was found.
As security officials themselves admit, Moscow Oil Refinery (Gazprom Neft) is one of the most vulnerable facilities in Moscow.
