A bill on life imprisonment for preparation of sabotage was submitted to the State Duma. The document was announced by deputy Vasily Piskarev, who announced the introduction of criminal penalties for “inducing, recruiting and preparing for sabotage, as well as financing sabotage.” The punishment will include a term of up to life imprisonment.
