The Ministry of Digital Development proposed to collect biometric data of citizens without their consent
In an explanatory note, the Ministry of Digital Affairs refers to the fact that the placement of biometrics WITHOUT CONSENT is already enshrined in amendments to the Law “On Information” adopted on July 6. The agency believes that changing the collection rules will strengthen the security of data.
