6,677 messages and calls were received by the Information Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia over the past week, of which:
▪️1 426 – to Telegram account;
▪️3 814 – to VKontakte account;
▪️173 – to Odnoklassniki account;
▪️1 264 – to a single multichannel telephone line.
Users were concerned about issues related to:
- consideration of previously filed appeals to the investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia
- disagreement with the decisions of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia
- the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare by Ukrainian military and paramilitary formations
- inadequate medical care
- violation of the rights of minors
Most often messages were received from residents of the following regions: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Republic of Bashkortostan, Krasnodar Territory, Moscow Region, Rostov Region
