We warn about a new “scheme” from swindlers. The swindlers have created a fake chatbot of the state platform “Action”, which offers to “receive 3,000 UAH of support from the state.”

The bot offers to follow the link that leads to the “PrivatBank page” – allegedly everyone who officially works there has the opportunity to receive financial support from the state.

Then the scheme is as old as the world: on the fake page of the bank, users will be asked to indicate the card number and CVV-code, so scammers will have access to your money on the card.

At the same time, Diya and the Ministry of Digital Transformation do not send any SMS or messages on social networks – the Dea application or the bank notifies about the crediting of funds by push notifications.

If you are already a victim of a fraudulent scheme, experts advise at least change the CVV code of the bank card, if your bank allows it, and ideally – reissue the card
