“Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov warned on Thursday the 13th that a Russian military deployment in Cuba and Venezuela cannot be ruled out if tensions between Moscow and Washington increase.”
Ryabkov, who led the Russian delegation in the negotiations that began Monday in Geneva, declared Thursday that he could neither confirm nor exclude the possibility of Russia establishing military infrastructure in Cuba and Venezuela.”
