Mullah Nooruddin Torabi, one of the founders and senior members of the Taliban and head of the Islamic State of Afghanistan’s prisons: “Punishments of execution and amputation of hands will resume.”
The senior Taliban official also called the punishment of amputation “very necessary for security.”
