The day before was the 25th anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre

On July 11, 1995, the forces of the Bosnian Serb Army, led by Ratko Meladic, known as the Bosnian butcher, entered Srebrenica (eastern Bosnia) and killed more than 8,300 Bosnian Muslims (mostly men and boys).
However, the city was declared a safe zone by the United Nations in 1993, and all of this happened in front of the 370 UN peacekeepers in the Netherlands, who did nothing to prevent Serbs from entering the city or committing this crime. They didn’t do it.Picture: Mass grave of Bosnian Muslims discovered in the Serbian town of Srebrenica killed by Serbs
