The Chilean Prosecutor’s Office has seven protected witnesses linking the murder of former Venezuelan military officer Ronald Ojeda to the regime of Nicolás Maduro.
Ojeda, a refugee in Chile, was kidnapped, tortured, and murdered in 2024. Chile is considering presenting this evidence to the International Criminal Court as part of the ongoing trials against Maduro.
