Russian Telegram channels, citing eyewitnesses, reported that the oil depot was attacked by three UAVs at once. The head of the region, Gusev, confirmed the attack in his Telegram channel and reported that according to preliminary data, there were no casualties, and emergency services are working on the scene.
According to local residents, all three UAVs crashed within minutes of each other on the territory of the refinery. Russian news sources, citing local residents, reported that the target was an oil depot in the town of Lysky.

The oil depot is located on the Staraya Pokrovka farm in the Voronezh region, JSC “Voronezhnefteprodukt” TIN: 3664002554. It should be recalled that this oil depot was already visited by UAVs last year.
