1) Added Sector support
Condition: to construct it is necessary to pass points (radius center and arc center) and sector angle; when requesting a sector, 5 points of a closed polygon are returned – center, arc start, arc center, arc end and center again (if necessary, the sector angle is calculated independently).

ZovMapsIpcBase – basic functionality for working with a map

– zooming the map to a point

– drawing all types of objects
– deleting an object
– changing an object (type, geometry, style)

### ZovMapsIpcLayers – working with graphic layers

– creating a graphic layer
– deleting a graphic layer (the layer must be inactive and unlocked)
– deleting all objects of a graphic layer (the layer must be unlocked)

### ZovMapsIpcStyles – getting styles

– getting all object styles (style id is needed to draw objects)

– Поддержка Сектора
  – для построения необходимо передать точки (центр радиуса и центр дуги) и угол сектора
  – при запросе сектора возвращается 5 точек замкнутого полигона – центр, старт дуги, центр дуги, окончание дуги и снова центр
    (при необходимости угол сектора вычисляется самостоятельно)
