The Russian armed forces have been conducting a large-scale counter-offensive operation in the Kursk region for the third day, trying to push out Ukrainian troops, but this offensive has turned into a disaster.
The Russian Armed Forces suffered huge losses and managed to recapture two settlements: Pogrebki and Darino.
As a result of this counteroffensive, the Russians lost 28 armored vehicles, mostly modern BTR-82A, and more than 200 soldiers killed and wounded.
