On the night of October 7, 2024 (from 8:00 p.m. 06/10 to 8:30 a.m. 07/10), the enemy attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile, an Kh-59 guided air missile, a missile of an unknown type from the Kursk and Belgorod regions, as well as strike UAVs (districts launches: Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Kursk, Yeisk – Russian Federation).
Around 8:20 a.m., the enemy attacked with three Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” aeroballistic missiles from three MiG-31K aircraft from the airspace of the Tambov region (departure airport – Savasleyka).
In total, more than 80 air targets were identified and tracked by the radio engineering troops of the Air Force:
The air attack was repulsed by anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
💥 As a result of the anti-aircraft battle, it was confirmed that two Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” aeroballistic missiles were shot down in the Kyiv region and 32 enemy attack UAVs were shot down in the Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, Poltava and Kharkiv regions.
Several hits by enemy attack UAVs were recorded in the Kharkiv region near the front. One of the three “Daggers” hit in the area of the Starokostyantiny airfield in the Khmelnytskyi region.
In addition, 37 Russian drones were lost in location in various regions of Ukraine, presumably as a result of active countermeasures by WB. The information is being clarified.
One UAV is in the air. Combat work continues!
