The Slovak public initiative https://www.municiapreukrajinu.sk/kampanes/municia, where ordinary Slovaks collect funds to join the global initiative of the Czech government to find and purchase shells for the Armed Forces, has already collected more than € 4 million.
The funds will be used to purchase 2,692 artillery shells from the Czech company STV Group to meet the needs of the Armed Forces.
This Slovak public initiative of people of good will works against the pro-Russian populist politicians of Slovakia, Prime Minister Fico and President Pellegrini, who block the provision of military support to Ukraine and periodically make provocative pro-Russian statements.
We thank the people of Slovakia, people of good will, who find an opportunity to support Ukraine despite the obstacles created by the pro-Russian Slovak government and Moscow’s 5th column in Europe.
