Education and training center family telephone management system (trial)
In order to effectively standardize the use and management of family phone calls in the education and training center, this management system is specially formulated:
Each receptionist is provided with a wired landline telephone. Telephones should be installed indoors as much as possible, and those installed in the corridors of dormitories for admissions staff should not exceed 6 on each floor to ensure the safety of telephone use.
2. Recruiting personnel will have a phone call with their relatives every 10 days. The education and training center will make plans one week in advance to connect with their relatives in the villages where they live. Each phone is arranged for 10 reception staff to talk to each other every day, and the call time for each person is no more than 10 minutes.
3. Set up a waiting area for calls, with no more than 4 people in the waiting area, install metal anti-theft doors and anti-collision chains, and have 2 security guards
Keep security personnel on duty. When a receptionist calls, a staff member is responsible for recording the call, and a security personnel is responsible for guarding.
After the phone call was completed, a security guard sent him back to the dormitory.
4. The vocational education and training center and the rural organization will communicate the content of the call between the education personnel and their relatives one day before the call, and inform both parties of the instructions for the callers.
5. If it is found that the content of the call is abnormal or the admission staff is emotionally abnormal, the vice principal of security, the management section chief and the call recorder will conduct a risk assessment to grasp the actual situation in a timely manner and take corresponding measures.
6. If it learns that the families of the recipients have difficulties and need help, the education and training center should contact the grassroots organization in the village where the recipients are located as soon as possible. If it complies with the policy, the grassroots organization should promptly solve the problem and inform the recipients.
7. Education personnel in areas with high security risk levels in strong control areas and strict control areas must carefully conduct a risk assessment before calling. Those who have committed more serious crimes, have higher sentences, have greater ideological and emotional fluctuations, and have higher risk levels may cause real harm. , when going to the call area (room) and during the call, handcuffs must be worn, and one policeman and two security personnel will carry individual police equipment and police equipment for escort and security control. Those with low security risk levels will be collected in the general management area. Instructors do not wear equipment when talking on the phone.
8. It is strictly prohibited for the staff of the education and training center to use the family phone number of the receiving personnel.
This “System” is a trial system. If any county, city, or vocational skills education and training center encounters problems in the actual operation process and has any opinions and suggestions on modifying and improving this “System”, please report it to the regional vocational skills education and training office in a timely manner.
