Two interesting documents from the secret correspondence of one of the key ideologues of “racism,” the head of the organization called “Council for Foreign and Defense Policy,”and Professor Serhiy Karaganov.
The first is his report, even before the full-scale invasion, in the administration of the Russian president about the attitude of the Italian elites towards Russia and about the prospects of spoiling Italy’s relations with Germany.
Italians and Germans will probably be interested to know that Karaganov, who owns apartments in Venice and Berlin, actually engaged in subversive and intelligence activities in Italy.
The second is a letter to the head of AP Vaino and his deputy Kiriyenko, written in 2023, about the strategy of relations with Western and, especially, Eastern states.
Important theses from it, if briefly:
- ⁃ Russia is convinced of its victory in the war;
- ⁃ Russia is not going to restore the captured territories and plans to resettle part of the population of occupied Ukraine to Siberia and beyond;
- ⁃ Russia plans to provoke the disintegration of European institutions and expects that those forces will come to power in Europe that will pursue a policy of fierce competition between European states;
In addition:
- ⁃ Russia is moving its spheres of interest towards the countries of Asia, which, in fact, it has been gradually doing since the beginning of the 2000s;
- ⁃ Russia should move the centers of its economy to its Siberian regions.
That is, Karaganov, in the matter of attitude towards Ukraine and Europe, proposes to act as Hitler did.
What else is needed for Europe to understand that we are dealing with a classic Nazi regime?
