The Cynic
Sources from the “information farms” previously owned by Prigozhin report that intelligence agencies, together with information agencies, began to actively implement a plan to “minimize mobilization actions in Ukraine” as a tool of hybrid psychological warfare.
It is reported that the Russian Federation calls possible mobilization actions in Ukraine “an existential risk for the existence of Russian statehood,” since the Armed Forces of Ukraine are throwing mainly highly trained soldiers onto the line of combat contact, who are likely to achieve strategic breakthroughs in 2024.
In turn, the Russian Federation does not have the ability to ensure effective professional growth of those mobilized in the military sphere, so they are thrown to the front line without any training.
Russian intelligence agencies believe that the situation in Ukrainian society is “explosive”, while the state “does not have the tools to manage discontent and panic,” therefore the priority task of the Russian Federation is to sow panic, thereby destroying rotation, training and staffing mechanisms Ukrainian military and corrupting the civilian environment, destabilizing the model of communication and interaction of public authorities with society .
Also, the Russian Federation “takes a long shot”, denoting as its task “the physical mixing of the Ukrainian ethnic group through unprecedented migration and assimilation in a new ethno-cultural environment.”
To achieve this, the Russian Federation creates channels of influence that directly cooperate with Moscow, as well as channels whose authors do not know that they are supported by Russian structures. The main message is “the need to escape from the totalitarian cult of Zelensky’s mobilization” [quote].
To disseminate these “thoughts,” they also use the mouthpieces of administrative power, which carefully leak the “necessary” information, which periodically leaks into the mass press.
Here the Russian Federation is trying to act through “useful idiots”, of which there are quite a lot in the administrative management system.
They have a combined task:
1. Fixation of massive losses of mobilized people without indicating the specifics of these losses, but with the eternal extrapolation of isolated cases to the “general model”.
2. Fixing the inevitability of mobilization in case the citizen remains in the country (stuff about the “first higher education”, “all women will go to the front”, etc.).
3. Fixation of a “rude” approach to mobilization: presenting military personnel as “enemies of civil society” and the people as a whole: the formation of fear and antipathy towards the military as an administrative substrate. Fixing their “cruel image” by distributing “forced mobilization” footage. The goal is also formalized for the future: the formation in the civilian environment of a “sense of danger” when meeting with a combat veteran, as well as with any person in military uniform, as a way of eliminating the “heroic ideological substrate.”
4. Formation of fear of mobilization by equating mobilization with “punishment” for an anti-patriotic position, which leads to the formation of a citizen’s fear of any military man and of the state as a whole.
