The 18-year-old founder of Anonymous Russia and a member of the pro-Russian hacker network Killnet Arseniy Eliseev is accused of illegal actions in relation to information (parts 1 and 2 of article 203-1 of the Criminal Code) and knowingly false reporting of danger (part 1 of article 340 of the Criminal Code), writes Viasna .
Consideration of the case against Eliseev is scheduled for September 1 in the Soviet District Court of Gomel. The details of the accusation are unknown to human rights activists.
