Such pictures are published by Fox News, one of the main TV channels in the USA, which is watched by tens of millions of voters.

lazy, dirty hippie of unclear orientation, who supports Ukraine, “hates” an ordinary working guy with a star-striped flag on his T-shirt: “This flag offends me.”
The meaning is clear. If you demand to support Ukraine, it means that you are a dirty lazy bum with a confused orientation.
There is also a more manipulative detail.
The blue-yellow flag reads “Support the war in Ukraine.” Allegedly, Ukraine itself started it. And the antisocial type, who sits on the shoulders of a decent taxpayer, is actually for the continuation of the war, not its termination.
Pro-Russian forces in the next presidential election will disguise themselves as 100% pro-American. Looks like it’s already happening.
