The Polyana-D4M1 control and command post unit, which is in the service of the Russian army and is used for networking and integrated management of long-range defense systems such as the S-300, Bok family and short-range systems such as Tor and Tangosta.
The Russians don’t have the S-300 in the suburbs of Kiev, but they have systems such as the Bok family, Tor, Tangusta, and Pantsir, whose integrated management and control, and the so-called creation of a defense network for them, requires this post unit and Pollyana’s command.
In terms of shape and structure, this unit is completely similar and consistent with the control and command unit of the Krasokha-4 system, with the difference that on paper it is not necessary for Krasokha to be there, but this command post must be located nearby, and there is definitely more than one.
