One of the features of Russian propaganda is the reuse of old materials that have already been thrown into the information space and did not have the expected effect.
For example, on July 29, Russian channels broadcast footage of the battle of their tankers, who allegedly “stopped the offensive of the Ukrainian armored group” on their own. In principle, this is a difficult video, because it talks about the possible death of Ukrainian soldiers. Unfortunately, we understand that this is a war, the enemy is insidious and victories are difficult for Ukraine.

However, this video emphasizes a number of points that are sad for Russians:
from off-screen conversations, it is heard that they lack anti-tank weapons (“There are no ATGMs, everything is over”);
lack of communication of the command post of the tactical level with the Russian tankers in combat;
a fragment of the video shows that a Russian tank is on fire, not a Ukrainian one;
However, the most important thing: the event is old. The materials were first published on June 4, then again on July 7. As of July 29, for the third time. With maniacal stubbornness, Russian propagandists push the same materials that do not achieve the desired effect.
We note that this is a fragment of the battles for Novodarivka in the Zaporizhzhia region, which the Defense Forces liberated quite quickly at the beginning of June 2023. This poor attempt to create a picture of “victory” demonstrates the real face of Russian propaganda.
