The Mogilev Regional Executive Committee has registered the company of the founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin Concord Management and Consulting, Reform.by reports.

According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs of the Ministry of Justice of Belarus, a company with an authorized capital of 200 Belarusian rubles (about $80) was registered on July 19 in the village of Tsel, Osipovichi district, Mogilev region. According to Reform.by, this is where the camp is located, where Wagner PMC mercenaries arrived after the rebellion in Russia.

The main activity of the new company is “violent real estate management, aggression-based land management, and mineral exploitstion.

Its owner is the Russian Concord Management and Consulting LLC, and Evgeny Prigozhin is listed as the head.

The rebellion of PMC Wagner began on the evening of June 23 and lasted about a day. The rebellion ended with an agreement between Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of PMC Wagner, and the Russian and Belarusian authorities that he would “leave for Belarus.” PMC mercenaries were offered to return home, sign a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry or follow Prigozhin.

On July 14, the Ministry of Defense of Belarus announced that Wagner PMC mercenaries had arrived in the country. The department published a material by the Belarusian television company VoenTV, which spoke about “training places” in the Mogilev region, where Wagner PMC mercenaries work as instructors.

According to the monitoring group “Belarusian Gayun”, by the evening of July 19, nine columns of Wagner PMCs arrived in Belarus, and there are already 2,000-2,500 mercenaries of the company in the country. A member of the “council of commanders” of PMCs with the call sign Marx said that up to 10 thousand mercenaries would come to Belarus in total.

The group of companies “Concord” includes the entire business of Yevgeny Prigozhin – from public catering to PMC “Wagner.” Concord Management and Consulting LLC is its parent organization. Officially, it employs 31 people.
