Documents on Oculus – a system for detecting prohibited content in images and videos. Obtained by us during the hacking of the GRCHTS , a subsidiary of Roskomnadzor.
Earlier, we released detailed material about what the Oculus is, how it works, and what censors have plans for it.
Now we have collected for you an archive with a bunch of different files on the operation of the system. All documents are named the way they were on the servers of the GRFC. The metadata is also preserved.
