Putin’s public appearance is also connected with the crisis of confidence in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in Russian society after Prigozhin’s attacks. It is obvious that against the backdrop of the losses suffered by the Russian troops, another speaker should have appeared. And Putin himself took on this role.
