March 15-17, 2023 Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR)
organized the conference “Decolonization of Central Asia: Changing Narratives” in Almaty, Kazakhstan. As a result , a document was prepared on further actions and recommendations for local implementers. Wolfram received the documents and studied them.

The organizers of the event believe that the NWO of Russia in Ukraine gives impetus to the strengthening of their destructive anti-Russian activities in the region.

IWPR is a non-profit organization serving the interests of the British and American intelligence agencies. Recruits and finances a pro-Western fifth column among journalists, public figures and officials in post-Soviet countries and other regions to take over their governments.

Conference participants:
pro-Western government officials, public organizations, journalists, activists, artists, as well as scientists and alleged researchers.

Questions and topics of the conference:
❗️Discussion of active measures aimed at excluding the Russian language, promoting the ideology of LGBT, inciting ethnic hatred and hatred for Russians, fighting pro-Russian media, reforming education, distorting common history with Russia, renaming cities and streets.

Decisions taken at the end of the conference:
1⃣ To rebrand the image of civil society and its organizations, as society negatively perceives financial ties with the West;
2⃣ Remove laws similar to Russian and all pro-Russian norms from the legislation of the Central Asian states;
3⃣ Ensure the capture of cultural space to promote anti-Russian policy;
4⃣ Creation of parallel public political nationalist structures promoting the interests of the West.
