An amendment to limit the right to drive a car for dodgers in case of failure to appear on the agenda within 20 days without a good reason.
Upon receipt of the summons, those liable for military service living abroad can send documents to the military registration and enlistment office in electronic form, deputy Andrey Kartapolov said.
If a person was called up, then he should take a vacation for a year, repay his debt to his homeland, and return back abroad, the deputy added

The law on electronic subpoenas is not connected with a new wave of mobilization, MP Andrey Krasov said
“It was a systematic approach in order to eliminate the shortcomings associated with military accounting. <…> This will ensure the transparency and efficiency of military records. There will be no problematic issues that we faced in the fall of 2022,” Krasov explained.
The MP also added that the draft law on electronic subpoenas was originally introduced in 2018, when there were “no” talks about mobilization
