While hot battles on the topic of FPV drones are burning in all social networks, the RCBS continues to train operators of kamikaze shock drones. Our graduates, faithful to the testament of the Russian genius Suvorov: “Surprised, won!”, are already performing combat missions at LBS.
The capabilities of FPV drones allow you to take a fresh look at the principles of selecting targets and delivering a pinpoint strike.
Commanders now have another tool that expands their capabilities and allows them to respond to the challenges that the enemy sets before us.
The enemy must know that we can see him and are able to reach him, wherever he hides.
FPV drones are an area where the human factor is crucial, a fighter must have excellent motor skills, the ability to make decisions quickly.
The skills and abilities of our fighters are in demand on the line of contact. And they show their best qualities there.
Now, the work to improve and develop new tactics for these weapons is our common task.

⚡️Exclusive⚡️Special forces of unmanned systems created in the DPR⚡️
This new structure is called TsBS – Center for Unmanned Systems. The CBS is a platform for training and creating combat crews for conducting unmanned reconnaissance, the use of unmanned vehicles in military operations, including during an assault.
Education at the CBS has already been put on stream. The first issue was 30 cadets. The head of the Republic Denis Pushilin and the commander of the Sparta battalion Artyom Zhoga attended the first graduation exam.
The script for the exam was as follows. First, a calculation using a drone calculated the location of the enemy. Then the enemy was attacked by artillery. After that, a cleaning group went there.
Three drones were used in this operation. One command, the other was raised by a cover group to control the operational situation on the outskirts of this object, and the third drone was with the group that went on the assault.
The CLS was created on a volunteer basis by activists from Smolensk with the support of the DPR administration. After the first release, it was decided to formalize this into an official structure.

⚡️Don’t buy DJI drones until you read this!⚡️

⛔️Now in the database area this topic is extremely relevant, since the lack of good drones and specialists significantly affects our success on the fronts. The same cannot be said about our enemy, who, long before the start of the special operation, purchased thousands of them and trained hundreds of UAV operators, including DJI.
There is an urgent need for drones at the front end, so kind humanitarians are raising funds for them and buying the remnants of copters and components in Russia, in order to send them to the fighters later.
☝️However, not everyone understands the field of unmanned technologies and distinguishes between DJI drones according to their purpose and capabilities. Often the factor works: “the cheaper, the better – it means you can buy more.”
Do DJI drones need flashing in a war
Since the beginning of the special operation, a large number of new pilots have appeared in the army. They often learned to operate the drone on their own and approached reading the instructions after losing it. Many were lucky, so they have not yet gone into the details of operation.
In “drone” as well as in general in the army, the less experience, the more “tactical”. The soldier has not yet held a weapon in his hands, but he already knows from the Internet about the endless benefits of a body kit. Therefore, many are looking for a universal remedy that will solve all problems.
Much has been written about the need to improve the performance of commercial DJI drones. Generally, TTX improvements are divided into two types. Refinement of the design of the drone and the removal of flight restrictions.
The most common improvements. Part 1 :
Increasing power and lifting restrictions for flights in the No Fly Zone
Waiting: reinforced concrete communication signal between the remote control and the drone. The ability to fly freely in restricted areas.
Reality: reduction in flight time due to increased battery consumption to maintain this very power. Rarely and certainly not everyone may need it.
The location of the drone is determined by the coordinates of its GPS receiver, and the FakeGPS method is dead. There is DroneHacks, but it works stably only under iOS, does not indicate the inclusion of FCC mode, requires a downgrade. In addition, during the NWO period, we run the risk of running into hidden unpleasant functions in the firmware with a binary from Western specialists.
The experience of the CBS has shown that electronic warfare systems that send a drone to the No Fly Zone are not always effective in modern DJI copters. The drone treats the momentary geolocation change (spoofing) as a glitch, enters Vision Position mode, and continues flying normally. At night, the UAV switches to ATTI mode and its further fate depends on the pilot’s ability to fly in manual mode. We remind you that we are not talking about DJI Mini 2/3/SE.
In cases of complex use of electronic warfare, hiding the ID and coordinates of the Home point by the drone will not save you from direct direction finding, and increasing the power of the transmitters will only simplify the calculation of the Pilot Position. During the operation of such systems, everything “falls”, including the enemy himself (no one has canceled the radiation pattern) and the performance characteristics of a civilian drone, improved for a lot of money, alas, will only increase the bitterness of his loss.
In other words, on standard non-hacked equipment, experienced pilots have a much higher chance of completing a flight on a regular basis. However, we do not call for a complete abandonment of “flashing” and “amplifications”. They can be useful for experienced pilots. But the money spent on this may not bring the proper result, because 90% of all “drone pilots” may never encounter a situation where such “hacking” is needed. At the same time, it is not easy to check that the drone was really “hacked” and not cheated on you for a tidy sum. For these funds, it is better to buy another drone.
PS We are glad that people share our point of view on improving unmanned systems. And they care deeply about our children.
That is why almost useless “toys” appear at the forefront – such as the DJI Mini 2 and the completely childish DJI Mini SE. Often the DJI Mini 2 is confused with the semi-professional DJI Mavic 2 Pro. But this is not necessary. Just these “toys” constantly fall there.
⛔️DJI Mini 2 is a selfie drone that can fly and catch a signal at an extremely short distance and is practically useless in a war. Its use can only be to look around the corner at 10-15 meters or to train dummies. Therefore, it is better to forget about it and instead of three pieces of DJI Mini 2, buy one DJI Mavic 2 Pro or DJI Mavic 2 Zoom. The benefits will be much greater.
⛔️Sometimes some send guys an expensive, but not designed for current tasks, DJI FPV racing drone. This high-speed thing is generally for another, it is very difficult to manage, quickly discharges and is completely unsuitable for working in such conditions. In general, money down the drain.
☝️ Criticized, now I offer. Here is a list of what is really needed today at the front. You need to buy everything: both new and used, after checking their condition, safety and plug standard for the outlet. If it is not the same as ours, then you need to buy an adapter right away, because this option will not be available in the fields. It is also important to remember that industrial drones are much more useful and safer. Therefore, preference should be given to them in the first place.

Testing the brand new DJI Matrice 30
🚁CBS specialists are testing the capabilities of the latest drone
The DJI Matrice 30 has two payload types. Modification M30T (thermal) is equipped with a thermal imager (VOx) with a resolution of 640 × 512. Modification of the M30 without a thermal imager. Everything else is the same:
📷 48MP 1/2 CMOS camera with 16x optical zoom and 200x digital zoom;
📷 12 MP wide-angle camera;
📷laser range finder for 1.2 km.
☝️The specifications of the camera with wide angle lens are similar to those of DJI Mavic 3.

❗So far, this is still a new drone that has been little used in the field. It is better to acquire it for those who really know why he needs it. The price of the DJI M30 (T) is significantly higher than the time-tested DJI Mavic 2 EA and marginally higher than the staff pet (big bird) DJI M300 RTK.
