Each time has its heroes, its scum and its victims. The hero of our time is a resident of the Irkutsk region, 25-year-old Ruslan Zinin. A man driven to despair by the Putin system sacrificed himself and freedom for the sake of others. In order to save his friends from illegal mobilization, he went to extreme measures and, having stepped over humanity, shot the military commissar with the words “No one is going anywhere”

This phrase spoken at that moment is a cry of despair that got stuck in the throat of the entire Russian people. We do not justify his act, but it is precisely such nonhumans as the dead military commissar who coolly and prudently turn the handle of this meat grinder.

Ruslan Zinin has already answered this question. Now it’s up to us. Join the resistance. Everyone who is still able to distinguish light from darkness is important to us. Together, we can do a lot.

Today, September 22, 2022, we, the association of cyber activists of Russia “XXII”, declare that we intend to stop the moth that first sent Peter around the world, and after it seeks to let Russia go around.

He is a dying old man dragging us to the grave with him.

He is trying to start a nuclear war, hoping to sit it out in a bunker.

He sent our fathers, brothers and husbands to be slaughtered while Moscow hipsters drank their smoothies.

He lied that this mobilization was partial.

He exchanged two hundred Azov people for his godfather – although he could pull thousands of our soldiers abandoned near Kharkov from captivity.

We want to live in a free Russia that distributes its wealth fairly and does not send everything to Moscow. We want to live in a Russia where governors are elected, not appointed. We want to live in Russia, which is a federation in its essence, and not in formal terms.

We want to live in a Russia where Navalny is in the Kremlin and Prigozhin is in prison.

But in order to live in this Beautiful Russia of the Future, you need to squash this pale moth, put out your cigarette butt.

Day by day, there are more like us, and each of you can fight your own.

Nobody is going anywhere!

We are cyber activists of Russia “XXII” driven by one goal, to destroy this ugly tumor called power, which is now devouring our country. Putin literally bathes in our blood and every day sacrifices hundreds of young lives sent to die for nothing. The criminal mobilization announced by him right now breaks the back of the future of Russia, a future in which this moth has no place.

Nevertheless, even in the darkest times, there are people who bring light, who are able to stand up to their full height and say their weighty no. Ruslan Zinin from the Irkutsk region committed a crime and, at the cost of the life of the military commissar, saved his loved ones from being buried. Of course, the authorities will do everything possible to ensure that Ruslan’s name is trampled into the mud and forgotten.

Today, January 30, 2023, we, the CA XXII cyber activists’ association, make the second important statement during our fight:
