Exhumation has begun in IZYUM.

“More than 400 bodies were found at the site of a mass burial in Izyum. With signs of torture, those who died as a result of rocket fire, children, soldiers of the Armed Forces. Russia leaves behind only death and suffering. Murderers. Executioners. Deprived of everything human. Do not run away. Do not hide. Retribution will be justly terrible. For every Ukrainian, for every tortured soul,” Zelenskyy wrote.

The UN called the mass burial in Izyum shocking and wants to send a mission.

“Our colleagues in Ukraine are monitoring the situation and aim to organize a monitoring visit to Izyum to establish the circumstances of the death of these persons,” said the press secretary of the Office, Elizabeth Trossell.

The exhumation of the bodies of those killed by the Russian invaders continues in Izyum.

They have already recovered 23 bodies of civilians and 17 soldiers. Some of the dead had the chevrons of the 93rd “Kholodny Yar” brigade. Two soldiers had their hands tied. One of the civilians had a rope around his neck and his hands were tied.
